The brief
College coaches receive dozens of profiles every day. They needed a tool that saves them time: finding the right athletes by position, level and availability in a few clicks, and reaching the person who can answer straight away.
Custom website for College Life Italia, which since 2013 has helped Italian student-athletes move on to colleges and universities in the United States. It is built for American coaches: they browse the basketball, swimming and volleyball rosters, open each athlete’s profile, watch their film, save and compare profiles, and contact the right sport manager directly.
What I did
A roster that works like a professional tool.
The roster is the heart of the site: coaches pick a team (men’s or women’s, by sport), then filter by position, projected US level and availability, search by name and switch between card and list views. Each athlete has a page with athletic and academic data, credential evaluations and film. Coaches can save profiles, compare up to three and send a request that goes straight to the right manager.

Save and compare
Coaches save the athletes they’re interested in and line up to three from the same roster side by side. Saved and Compare stay within reach, on a phone too.
Privacy-friendly video
YouTube highlights and full-game film only load when the coach asks for them, with a clear notice: no data is sent to Google without an explicit choice.
Requests that arrive organised
The “Tell Us Your Roster Needs” form collects sport, position, level and academic and athletic requirements. The request reaches the sport manager and is also logged in an internal spreadsheet.
One-tap contacts
A coaches’ page lists the manager for each sport, with save-to-contacts, WhatsApp and email pre-filled for the athlete or roster being viewed.
Results you can see
The Track Record page shows selected placements by sport, with destination universities, and the agency’s figures since 2013.
